FLEET AND MAINTENANCE

A substantial fleet of B6 armoured vehicles

Al Hurea owns and operates a variety of vehicles in Iraq, including a substantial fleet of B6 armoured vehicles which is used to transport clients and company personnel in safety.

This fleet and the supporting un-armoured or ‘Soft’ fleet of vehicles are critical assets in successfully supporting client requirements, this includes, a fully equipped garage and vehicle recovery service, country wide.

All client vehicles are a minimum of B6 armoured classification and are equipped with the latest Tier 1 & 2 medical packs, communications suite with redundancy and break down equipment. A SICURO tracking transponder is used within each armoured vehicle.

Al Hurea has a regular maintenance schedule (every 4,000kms) and policies to support all aspects of fleet management.

  • The Al Hurea Garage is operated by a qualified Expat Lead Mechanic. He is supported by senior and junior mechanics from the local community. All work is signed off by the Lead Mechanic.
